About Us

The Rockhampton Kart Club (RKC) is a not-for-profit organization owned and operated by its members. In 2021, the RKC became independent to provide the most affordable, accessible and safe form of motorsport possible for our members and the wider Central Queensland karting community. Race meetings are held each month from March to November, cater for all ages above 6 years and for the social karter through to serious racers.

Members enjoy low annual fees, simplified competition rules, fixed price control tyres and flexible arrangements for practice sessions.

We welcome all non RKC racers who hold a KA licence.

The RKC also regularly hires its facility to other clubs and businesses. Track hire enquiries are welcome via our contact details.
