Please use this form to request access to RKC for undertaking maintenance work outside of an official working bee.

By completing and submitting this online form, I/We agree to abide by the Rules, Guidelines and Signage of the Rockhampton Kart Club Inc and General Safety Guidelines and/or directives provided by the Organiser whilst attending a working bee at RKC. I/we understand that there is a duty of care for myself and others in all aspects of the work to be completed and no risk should be taken without fully assessing the likelihood and consequence of my actions.

Prior to leaving site upon completion of assigned tasks, I/we will notify the working bee Organiser that we are departing free of any harm.

Basic maintenance requires a minimum two working days notice prior to the intended start date submitted to the RKC Management Committee for Processing.

Major capital work or maintenance that is complex in nature must be submitted to the RKC Management Committee for consideration a minimum 10 working days prior to the intended start date.

The Work Party must be accompanied by at least one other RKC Club/Associate/Honorary Member who is minimum 18 years of age to oversee site safety and manage emergency communications if required. If the Observer / Associate / Honorary member shares common contacts, mark "as above."
